DAP BUILDER COURSE

The DAP Builder course is an offering in the Digital Adoption Institute that provides users the opportunity to enhance their skills in the WalkMe product by going over more advanced features not covered in the DAP Fundamentals course.

What was challenging about developing this course was that due to the complex nature of some of the features, some end-users might have a difficult time understanding its use case and significance. In the end, we presented each feature using the following formula:

PROBLEM

We present the learner with a scenario that shows the use case of the feature.

SOLUTION

We then present the learner with the solution to the problem so that they can see how the feature behaves when it is being applied to a build.

TRY IT OUT EXERCISE

The learners then go through a click through exercise so that they know where to find this feature and how to build it out.
